FLIGHT® 403P Series

The Next Generation of High-speed Laser Sintering. Impressive Detail Resolution.

Introducing FLIGHT® Technology

Schraffur is one of the first machine manufacturers to develop production-targeted industrial LPBF solutions using robust Fiber Lasers. The FLIGHT® Technology unlocks the next level of laser powder bed fusion productivity for industrial-quality parts offering extremely fine details. Also, thanks to the advanced laser powder bed fusion technology, additive agents and other consumables are not required; therefore, enabling lower operational cost and sustainable manufacturing.

Industrial Applications with FLIGHT® 403P Series

ERI Molded Fiber Pulp Set

A full mold tooling set for electronics packaging includes a mold body, a cavity mold, and a screened mold. FLIGHT® 403P Series is able to deliver improved feature detail compared to other plastic powder-based technologies with feature details as small as 0.3mm, specific offsets between the modules, adjusting the design of hole sizes and porosity to best suit customized applications.

Underwater ROV Propelled by Schraffur FLIGHT® Technology

QYSEA Technology, a leading Underwater Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV) manufacturer, introduced one of the most popular consumers ROV — Fifish V6 with robust performance. Since 2018, QYSEA Technology adopted Schraffur’s latest FLIGHT® Technology for their development process and series production needs. During the year of 2019 QYSEA has successfully fabricated more than 30,000 thruster protective covers on FLIGHT® HT403P systems for end-use parts in their consumer ROV production.

Henvvei Customized After-Market Automotive Lighting

Automotive after-market lights target the niche market for improved functionality, safety, manufacturing quality & design aesthetics. In order to fit into a variety of car model headlight bracket frames with the latest Lighting technology, Henvvei uses FLIGHT® HT403P as an in-house technology from design iteration to end-use part production, without the need for the time-consuming mold making process.
