Metal LPBF technology offers many advantages compared to conventional manufacturing and other metal 3D printing technologies. It allows you to fabricate fine-detailed, top quality metal parts with simplified process for a variety of industrial applications.

Design & manufacturing of complex structures.

Thanks to the advanced process of LPBF, manufacturers are able to design and fabricate complex parts that are not able to be made with conventional process. Complex structures such as conformal cooling channels, hydro-mechanics design and lattice frames can now be produced without the requirement of additional tools.

Compared to other metal 3D printing technologies, the MLPBF process requires no binder liquids or glue which need to be removed through additional treatments; As a result, it is able to build higher density, size-accuracy parts with consistent micro-structure, making it an ideal technology for manufacturing high-performance functional applications in aerospace, medical, automotive and tooling.

A Journey From Material Engineering To Large Scale Metal Additive Manufacturing
